In Arizona!

i am finally in Arizona visiting my mom! i just got here yesterday, and all im doing is helping her move, which is ok, but it gets really boring. YA KNOW!? and then when i get back to bend, im ganna be moving there too, so all my life is right now is moving, haha.

well, anyways.....last week was girls camp!
I had so much fun, it was probably the most memorable time Ive ever had at camp before. I made so many new friends, and strengthened the ones i already had. Oh, and we all lost like 5 pounds during camp too! ya know why!? because the camp was 1/2 mile from our cabins to the mess hall, and we walked that like 15 times a day. and then we climbed Mnt.McGloughlin (which is 9,500 feet by the way....and it was a 4,500 climb from top to bottom....and a 25 mile hike) and then swam a mile across the lake the next day!
I know, call me CRAZY, but i am....i just enjoy that kind of crazy stuff.

So ive decided that im ganna climb South Sister when i get back to Bend with my brother and dad (which is 10,500 feet)

ok, so i have some really cool pictures from the peak of the mountain, and some cool pictures from cross country, but i dont really feel like putting them up right now...im just lazy like that, haha. so ill post them up tomorrow probably :)

End of year catch up....

Well, i suppose i should write about the last day week of school and all that...even though i dont really have the motivation to take the time to write about all the boring and stupid stuff that has happened...so ill just talk about the exiting stuff!

last day of school:
so there were no finals this day! very exiting!!!!!!!!!!! and i survived all the finals pulling off an A in my math class, A in photography, A in APEuro, A in court sports, and a B in spanish....but i gt an academic letter this year! and the 3 sports award! so that adds up to an amazing 6 letters in two years! (my mom sais im well on my way to a scholorship...i hope so, cause i need one!) so then me and my friends decided to do our end of year tradition and hang out on the last day of school...we got some chinese food, went swimmig, then walked around, took a nice relaxing nap in the cemetary (it was nice! not creepy!) Then we went to Taylors house and did pretty much nothing....(me and savvy played the piano for like an hour bugging kiegan and taylor out of thier minds! haha!)
then we watched casanova, and went to bed at like 3, haha....then ya....

so for the first weekend of the summer, all i did was pretty much work all day. then i went for a bike ride on saturday, and it started raining like crazy, and i called my dad to ask him to pick me up... and this was the conversation:
me: hi dad!
dad: hi
me: ummmmmmm.....do you want to pick me up, haha, its kinda raining really hard...
dad: not really
me: what!?
dad: ya, you can ride home in the rain, ive done it plenty of times
me: uhhhhhh...ok...FINE!

and let me tell you, it was the worst storm that has been here in a long time! and i hade like 10 miles to ride home in the rain with! agh!

so this week, cross country summer practices have finally started, and im so exited to get back in shape (i have to for next week, cause im hiking up a mountain for 12 miles, im so exited!)

oh...well...i gatta go work, talk to ya later! and yes, i will do more posts this summer fo sho! (haha!)

Awsome photoshop!

so it is the second to last day of school, and i am in photography....we learned some awesome new stuff on photoshop! i changed the pic of my brother up and stuff....here it is! enjoy!

so....first you make the pic black and white....then you choose the magnetic lasso tool and outline what part you want...then you go to layers and make a new layer, change the color, and change the opacity to 25%...select the color box thing on the bottom left and change the color to what you want....the fill the shape with the color with the fill button...the adjust the opacity on the right side of the tools...then choose a different tool and click on pic to get out of magnet thing....then go up to layer and flatten the image! and wallah! you have an awesome changed up colored picture!!! like this one up here! :P

so i took photography 1 this semester with my buddy's kylie and katie! it was one of the funnest classes ever cause we got to go out and hang around the school, or go home, or go hang out at kylie's house and leave school early cause we had it D block. so....my bro put a virus on my computer, so i cant put all of the pics i took, but here are the finals that i did....and this isnt all of them either!

im sooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad at this whole blogging thing! i dont even think anyone looks at my blog anymore (not even me!)....but just in case there is someone out there that happens upon this thing, heres my checkup!


Skiing-
It was the state race last weekend, and guess what!? I GOT 8TH PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!
and our whole team won too.....and the guys won, and the girls got 2nd (it was really close)

so ill try and post some more pictures of skiing later (if i remember)


Starting to date-
I went out on my "first date" last weekend to the winter formal dance, and then got asked out by the same guy for a date yesterday....WE WENT NIGHT SKIING! (so romantic :)

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!! i totally forgot i even had a blog! ive been so caught up in school lately and it has been really hectic! But there is some exiting news! i started cross country skiing! its the first year ive ever done this, and i think im doing pretty well! I did fall last week on my race and sprained my thumb, but its not that bad....at least i tell myself its not bad, lol.
anyways, i have all A's in school right now! woot!
